All thay and the actual gameplay has declined emmensely too I don't play anymore since 2010 or 11 and I look at gameplay once in a blue and I am shocked at how trash it's become expecting it to make me want to play or wish u could play new games instead I laugh and can't believe how bad it's gotten it's like call of duty a money grab and they could care less it'll still make money so what ever its sad early madden titles from the early thousand s and ESPN and 2k I recall them times how is the gameplay today worse on better newer consoles makes no sense other then flat out greed

As someone who is an avid 2k and Madden fan and gamer (I usually buy at discount on PC), over the years I co-manage to found a gaming studio, Digital Interactive Entertainment LLC alongside two avid gaming friends in 2022. We're launching our first crowdfunding project, Project Waterboy, which is an American Football simulation video game in August. The game will be on PC and later on the Xbox platform for better crossplay connectivity and performance. Within our first crowdfund, we will have a limited financial perk where up to 20 or so people who contribute to the perk will be added into a collective ownership stock group where they will collectively own 3% of the studio stock. The money contributed to the perk will go to employing a financial community director who will represent your thoughts, concerns, and feedback during closed door meetings with all communication taken seriously and in consideration. The game will have several DLC packs, including an un-named DLC where gamers in franchise mode can mimic what real team owners are doing and buying land around their respective sport venue to build homes, restaurants, and others for additional revenue. Within PW, those additional revenue is 100% retained by the respective teams while the TV and ticket sales are collectively shared.

Luckily for PC we have cheat and mods to get around the MC VC grind.

This game was so bad, I bought 2k24, a game I have never played literally ever since I’ve never played basketball, and even though idk how good it is compared to other ones, FUCK madden. I’ll try out college football 25 this year, but I’m gonna have to skip madden for the first time in 14 years

But why they have fake teams ?, who wants to play that , just play madden 25

Bro I just want you to know how impactful you are to this community. You hit every point on the head. I gave Madden 24 over 200 hours of playtime, not because I like it. But because its my only option to play simulated NFL football. I can see with my own eyes how lazy EA is. They know its a cash cow game that can be monetized like crazy for the young teenagers that want to spend their moms credit card on the latest Tyreek Hill in MUT. Its gross for people like you and me that just want a fun sim to play while they are enjoying the regular season. Ea knows where the bread and butter is and that's the sad part. They don't need to fix the game for people like you and me. They already know they are going to hit their financial goals for the year. And will continue to copy and paste the same MUT formula and rake in the profits. I applaud you for continuing your pursuit in calling out this corrupt game. We need more people like you to expose this ongoing laziness. I mean I can't even tell you how many hours I would dump into a Madden that could create a franchise that would let the player create the narrative and their own narratives. Madden franchise hasn't been properly worked on in decades due to MUT. There is a reason they use the same broadcasters for the last 10 years because they have no pressure to record new audio. If it ain't broke don't fix it is Maddens motto. The sad thing is, is that I will still buy madden 25 damn well knowing it will be the same cookie cutter bullshit its always been. Anyways, I just wanted to comment my thanks and appreciation for people like you that genuinely care about Madden. Maybe someday we will get what we are fighting for. Cheers!

The real madden 25

2K never fell off in terms of their NFL 2K franchise. EA just didn’t want to improve their product, so they bought out the NFL license.

I am starting to feel like you’re afraid to admit the game is improving because your audience is used to negativity from you. They’ve finally started to actually improve Franchise.

The same problems that plague Madden will plague college football. Maximum should take the liberties afforded to being a "fantasy" football game. They don't have the restrictions that EA has with having to adhere to NFL owners and the NFLPA. They can make it more authentic than Madden can if they go that direction. Plus, they avoid all the licensing contracts. The potential is there. In terms of gameplay, I hope they go the route of more physics based because the animation based system Madden is using, in my opinion, hinders it and it's why a lot of people are getting tired of it.

Why does NHL14 have a 94 mode? Because NHL94 is ACTUALLY the best NHL game of all time. I’m not old you are. Help me up so I can get my meds.

I just found the Trick Plays playbook in 08. Holy Kyle Shanahan. What a great playbook if you want something very close to modern offense, sans some formations such as the pistol and read option. But the Trick Plays playbook is an amazing playbook.

I have tried to run the beta three time snow. Steam itself seems slow and goofy, but the max football game has crashed on me all three times in the 1st qtr of an exhibition game. Steam keeps telling me to update my AMD Radeon driver, which I did, but evidently the latest version isn't good enough for Steam. My interest in this product has gone bye-bye.

Even though NBA live was on top still 2k5 was the game that made me fall in love with NBA 2k

I remember when I didn't know there were better madden games (I only had a ps4 at the time so I couldn't play them even if I wanted to) so I was so hyped that they were adding a bare bones story mode with only like 10 college teams I got the game, I was kinda disappointed, then I found this channel and found out how much better madden was almost 20 years ago

I got nascar 21 for free on psn thankfully its very frustrating but its that or heat 5 and atleast in 21 its fun to see where other drivers go as the seasons go on I'm begging for a new nascar game.
